Plastic Wrapper for Wet Umbrella

Raining is here. Its better if we always prepare for umbrella or rain coat. But sometimes it’s get inconvenient when we bring wet umbrella into a building, or let say mall. We don't want being warned by guard because our umbrella had littering the floor, do you? Sometimes they ask us to leave wet umbrella in the bin they have provided outside the entry gate without any identity left. But who can guarantee that our umbrella still there when we come back?

Its remind me of plastic wrapper for umbrella. In Japan they give it for free before us entering building. In some place it’s equipped with its automatic device. Just insert your umbrella in then pull it out toward front. Here are some picts I got from internet. No need to worry about drips.
I wish there is a machine like that in Indonesia. Or I hope the mall will provide that sort of plastic.

Redefining Happiness

Once i had dreams, travelling around the globe and taking higher education abroad, trying new things while I was young. But life is a choice and I choose to settle down and marrying the one I love. And my life even more complete when my daughter born. She is the center of my life.

But sometime when I look at my friends page on Facebook and read their stories about living abroad, I feel bit down. Part of my heart still missed it.

Sometime we define happiness from others achievement. We tend to compare ours with others. That is why we never been satisfied, instead it make us got depressed. Only us who can set our own happiness. Be grateful with everything we have achieved.

I still have a dream and I am on it.Indeed, I feel content, be a wife and a mother.

No More Plastic Bags Please...

“Reduce reuse and recycle” has been common tagline. There are massive campaigns around the globe engage us to love more the mother earth. One big action is using less plastic bag especially when do grocery shopping. But what I found was so ironically.

Whenever we went shopping, the cashiers put the goods into several plastics based on their substances, for instance to separate food from bathroom toiletries. It is a procedure. But we can ask them not to do so, if we really sure that the package is safe and harmless. The supermarket suggest us to buy ecofriendly bag in purpose that we will always bring that bag whenever go shopping so that will reduce the plastic bag consumption. But will you? To be honest, the material is tough, but mostly it has poor looks.

Why don’t we turn into paper bag? It definitely deteriorated faster than plastic bag. But of course it’s a high cost. But if the customer was offered with that option, I think the customer won’t mind to be charged. It’s a contentment t to participate in environmental movement. Or..

I like the idea of Starbuck. They give discount for the buyer who brings their own tumbler, not much, around IDR 3000 per cup. Why don’t these ideas brought to supermarket?

Must Have Items during Rainy Season

Rain is here,so here are some "must have items" in our bag.

1. Umbrella
It is the most important one. Choose one that fits with our size and easy to carry. Don't bring too small or even too large that will troublesome. Let alone if we take public transportation everyday. But the hardest is to choose the last longer umbrella. Don’t mind to invest a bit in umbrella if it tough enough. Choose umbrella with minimal skeleton and made form nylon coz this material is dried quickly.

And the last but not least, choose umbrella which represent your style. Get bored with plain umbrella, choose printed umbrella. Hope it could delighting your day in the middle of pour rain.

We don’t want our favorite shoes get wet, don’t we? Rainy season is the times our jelly shoes collection shown up. It is better to wear wedges rather than flat shoes. To match with our outfit, choose the cream or nude color. Yet, we still can be stylist.

3. Bag

Please keep your suede bag in the wardrobe during rainy season. It wiser if we wear jelly bag. It can keep our belonging dry. Bring out your tote, coz it all our stuff could fit in. For petite ones, please try not to be drowned in your tote sweeties. Choose the smaller ones.

4. Outwear
Time to play with our outwear collection. But don't the sheer ones. We need something thick that warm us. Be playful with some color or print.

5. Plastic bag
Be prepare of anything. Tucked in some plastic bags in your luggage. It is useful to  carry our wet umbrella inside the building or cab.

Mirari

It’s been a year I have post nothing on my blog. I was amazed with another social network media. I become a regular and a fan of several famous blogs, specially fashion and Moslem blogs. It triggered me to look up my own blog, and I miss to write.

What was happened on me for past a year was awesome. Something that I expect most and something I didn’t expect most. Yup, I got married and I got the change to take Hajj. But there was something that pushed me down coz I had to take major surgery. Quite tough decision, but I believe in His Miracle. And soon, she was born, my miracle, my Mirari, the beauty of my life. Yup, Allah was very kind on me.
